19.00 - 20.00 Tuesdays - beginners/intermediate
20.00 - 21.00 Tuesdays - intermediate/advanced
Pilates exercises are designed to improve posture, flexibility and core strength. Pilates is suitable for everyone, men and women, and all are welcome.
Instructor: Laura Charles is a Kensal Rise resident who has trained with the Pilates Foundation in London. She has been teaching both mat and equipment based Pilates for twelve years, and is delighted to be able to offer a drop in mat class at the DOJO.
