Join Emily weekly at The Dojo for a slow but strong flowing yoga class, integrating longer held Yin poses, a significant focus on the breath and its healing qualities, precise attention to alignment, and the meditation methods of mindfulness and compassion. We will explore different breath and body awareness meditations to help cultivate a quality of attention that translates into daily life. All levels warmly welcomed.

Instructor - Emily is a yoga teacher and birth doula based in Kensal. With 14 years of teaching experience, a degree in Indian Philosophy and Buddhism, and continuous studies with some of the world’s most renowned yoga and meditation teachers, Emily is passionate about sharing what she’s learnt over the years.
